Jason is the Executive Project Manager for Custom Modular Designs, LLC.  Jason Rossi has over ten years of experience in the construction, home building and home remodeling industry.  He possesses a unique understanding of modular construction.  Jason is one of a limited number of leaders in the modular home building industry who has extensive field and book training.  He is both a skilled carpenter and highly efficient project manager.  This combination of training and skills has securely established Jason as one of the most highly respected project managers in the modular home building industry.

Jason's responsibilities at Custom Modular Designs include pre-sales site inspections, pre-set site inspections, foundation inspections, pre-set contract negotiations and sub-contractor procurement, set coordination and completion and post-set related issues.  Jason is also instrumental in answering many technical questions from our valued customers and consulting with our customers through-out the modular building process.
