Richard Palumbo is the Co-Founder, Co-CEO and the Executive Vice President of Custom Modular Designs, LLC.  Richard's experience in the construction industry is in excess of twenty years.  He has extensive experience with all forms of construction including stick frame, metal, concrete masonry units, poured and pre-cast concrete, steel, panelized and modular.  He is considered an industry leader in both the technical and legal aspects of modular construction including green and sustainable construction.  Richard is a frequent seminar lecturer and expert witness in a number of areas within the construction industry.

His responsibilities at Custom Modular Designs include the administration of new product development; sales and marketing; and oversight, development and implementation of our company's quality control systems.  Richard is also directly responsible for our company's legal issues including land use and zoning issues; permitting; contract drafting and review; and building code issues.  Richard works directly with our valued customers to design and build the best modular homes at the best price.
