Judith L. Lovett is the Co-Founder, Co-CEO and President of Custom Modular Designs, LLC.  Judith has nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Judith is also a former banking executive officer who specialized in construction lending.  Simply put Judith Lovett understands the construction industry and the driving force behind construction - financing.  She also has vast experience in customizing various modular floor plans. Judith has designed and built many award wining exclusive kitchen designs.  Judith is a talented modular home designer and is extremely knowledgeable of the many issues that our valued customers may encounter throughout the modular home building process.

Her responsibilities at Custom Modular Designs include office administration; sales and marketing; and oversight, development and implementation of our company's floor plan and kitchen designs.  Judith is also directly responsible for our company's financial issues including accounting related issues, budgeting, and coordination of construction financing for our valued customers.  Judith works directly with our valued customers to design and build the best modular homes at the best possible price.  She is especially talented with high end luxurious homes.
