The table below will show you how much time you will save when you build a modular home with Custom Modular Designs. The modular home building completion times are estimates based on a typical modular home. The actual modular home completion times will depend on a number of factors including the size and style of the modular home that you choose to build.
For example, smaller modular homes require less finish time than larger modular homes and more intricately designed modular homes are timelier to finish than basic modular homes. Site built homes generally require more site related work, more inspections, and more sub-contractors than our modular homes. Therefore, site built homes generally take 2 to 3 times longer to complete than our modular homes. The BOLDED colored boxes show the parts of the project completed at our factories.
