"Peter and I would like to take the time to personally thank, Judi, Richard, Jason, Katie, Amanda, Robyn, and all of the staff at Custom Modular for helping us to build the home of our dreams. After much research and consideration, we decided to build a modular home on our land which had been in my husband's family for almost 100 years. We knew that whatever type of house we built, it would be the home that we would raise our family in and would be much more to us than just a house. Coming from a single parent household where my mother did not own her first home until I was 14 years old, it meant everything to me to provide a safe home in a great community to my children. From the first time we met Judi, Richard, and Jason, we immediately felt comfortable with them. They always treated us as if we were their only client. Over the years that we worked with them, planning every aspect and detail of our future home, they became like family to us. In Regards to the construction of the home we are very pleased. All of the sub-contractors that we have used have been very impressed with the quality and construction of the home. Many of them have done work on modular homes and have never seen a better construction. Most people can´t believe that it is a modular home. We also appreciate the time that you and your crew spent answering questions and concerns that we had during the design phase. Any questions that we had that you may not have been 100% sure on you went to the factory and others to get answers for us.
However, nothing in life is perfect. The experience of building a modular home is no exception to the rule. Within days of the installation of our foundation, we noticed a good size crack running the entire height of the rear wall. Even though Custom Modular Designs did not install the foundation, you, your project manager (Jason), and one of your foundation subcontractors came to our site to inspect the crack on our foundation and advised us accordingly. This is just one small example of how you and your team immediately responded to keep our modular project enjoyable and on schedule.
