Our promise to our valued customers is to provide the best modular home at the best price. Our goal is to provide you with the modular home specifications that best fit your needs and budget. Instead of giving you a "standard" list of specifications we have used our many years of modular home building experience to design four modular home specification programs.  There is a program to meet every need and fit every budget.

Bronze
Our Bronze Medal Modular Home Building Specifications Program is an entry level modular home building program that will provide you with a modular home that will exceed the applicable building code at a very affordable price.

Silver
Our Silver Medal Modular Home Building Specifications Program is a step-up from the typical "standard specifications" of many other modular home companies. 

Gold
Our Gold Medal Modular Home Building Specifications Program is a "pre-set" top of the line program with the best possible specifications for the best price. 

Platinum
Finally, our Platinum Home Building Specification Program is an "a la cart" building program where the customer chooses each and every specification for their new modular home.
